Hello!

I am a wife and mother of two, and while idea of sharing my story once intimidated me, I now embrace it wholeheartedly. A transformative pregnancy experience brought me to this moment, reshaping my outlook on life. I was a workaholic until I found myself with severe perinatal depression and anxiety, which required me to step away from work and reassess my priorities. Although that decision was challenging and made me question my identity, it ultimately led me to change my perspective. I've managed anxiety for as long as I can remember, but navigating severe depression was a new journey. Through self-care, my family and friends, dedication, and the support of a committed mental health team, I've emerged stronger. Now, I am determined to help other moms facing their own struggles, as I believe every mom is unique and deserves to live authentically and glow.​
